Custom Inquiry form is completed and customer is contacted for custom order conformation.
Customer ships the pair of shoes in new/unworn condition and provides Tracking #
Once tracking has been confirmed and shoes have been received, the processing time for shoe design varies between 7-10 business days.
$50 is inital deposit to receive shipped shoes and start custom design order.
Based on complexity of the customer requested customized shoe design customer will be notified of price difference if applicable.
Once Shoes are finished they are sent with secure signature required shipping.
